This is where the daily grind meets our future prospects. Laying the ground work to build upon. Every day having a forward looking perspective, keeping in mind that every strong structure requires a great foundation. Those building blocks are placed daily in the relationships we form and nurture, by the emotional maintenance we do through our humanitarian work, and most importantly by keeping ourselves focused.
